The People's Gym

What make’s our gym different from every other gym out there? It’s not that our equipment is new, well maintained, and of high quality. It’s also not that you have access to the facility anytime of the day or night.
Sure, those are nice features, but there are other fitness centers that offer such amenities. 


The Strong Hold gym offers members the chance to receive a high caliber of personalized training for all levels at a fraction of the cost compared to what you pay elsewhere. In addition to a routine that is tailored to you and the goals you have set, we combine that with nutrition and dietary coaching for a whole body approach to helping you get from where you are to where you want to be, and then to maintain that level.

Training on YOUR Schedule!

It doesn’t matter if you can only commit to two days a week or you work out twice a day / five days a week, with Team Strong Hold you won’t have to compete with other members to schedule a training session. That’s because our trainers and coaches are monitoring your progress through our Exercise.com app. This means that once we help create a routine, you will be able to log your workouts in real time and follow up with your trainer in person or through the app.

If you prefer a more traditional experience, we’ll accommodate those who don’t enjoy the benefits of this technology. Regardless of what style suits your preference, Garrett will help guide your progress and help to hold you accountable with regular check-ins as well as answering any questions you may have.

Our facility comes fully equipped with a full line of Free Weights, Plate Loaded Machines, Machine Weights, Functional Fitness and Cardio Machines. As a competitive Bodybuilder himself, Co-Founder Garrett was adamant about equipping The Strong Hold with all the equipment anyone could ever want in a gym. Simply put, if we don’t have something you’re looking for, it’s probably already on our future acquisition list. If there’s something you need, let us know and we will look into providing it soon!

Bring Your Own Trainer!
That’s not something you will find in most gyms. Unlike the average fitness center, we don’t limit our members to our in-house trainers and coaches. So sure, as crazy as it might sound, we welcome you to bring the trainer or coach of your choice. We would gladly see you achieve you fitness goals then limit you to working with our trainers alone. 

When I first met Garrett Horsmon I had just finished gaining as much weight as possible during my wife’s first pregnancy. I had gained almost 50 pounds of body fat and was unrecognizable in the mirror. I had previously spent my career as a combat Marine and was no stranger to the gym. Yet I lacked the knowledge and proficiency with both diet as well as exercise to produce the results that would match my efforts. With Garrett’s help and training in the gym, coupled with his extensive experience and expertise in diet and nutrition I was able to not only find my way back to being healthy but exceed any expectations I originally had. It’s now two years later and I continue to strive for progress not perfection. Here I am at forty-two years old, and I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to his program!
